Rice with cuttlefish

-100g Round rice
-600g Fumet of fish
-1/4 teaspoon of paprika
-1/4 teaspoon Saffron powder
-1 Small cuttlefish
-1 Small red pepper
-100g Fresh garlic, chopped
-200g Crushed tomato

1. Sauté the cuttlefish, bell pepper and garlic
2.Add tomato and spices and then fumet
3.When boiling add rice and cook 4/5′ on high heat and go down to about 15/16′
